4. ShanVic Partner Program

The ShanVic Partner Program (“Partner Program”) allows users (“Partners”) to earn commissions by referring clients to ShanVic services. By participating in the Partner Program, you agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: You must maintain an active account and provide accurate contact and payout information.
  • Commissions: Partners earn 15% on first-time sales of ShanVic core services. No recurring or renewal commissions are paid unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • Attribution Window: Referrals are tracked with a standard 30-day attribution window that refreshes when the visitor returns through the partner link.
  • Referral Links: You will receive personal links in your account under the Partner Profile tab. Share only the links provided there.
  • Payouts: Commission payouts are processed through Stripe. You must connect or create a Stripe account to receive funds. Payouts occur after the referred client’s payment has cleared.
  • Acceptable Promotion: Do not make guarantees, misrepresent services, use spam, or engage in misleading or unethical promotion. Follow the guidance provided in the Partner sales kits and messaging materials.
  • Use of Materials: You may use approved product names and the sales kits we provide. Do not alter our trademarks or create derivative brand assets without prior written consent.
  • Independent Status: Participation does not create an agency, employment, or joint-venture relationship.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate Partner accounts for violations of these terms or conduct that harms the brand.

5. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

6. Limitation of Liability
