Prism Clarity Index
The Role of the PCI
The PCI helps uncover whether intent and execution are aligned. It evaluates the clarity of a system’s direction, the strength of its momentum, and whether its structure is actually supporting its stated goals.
Instead of asking “How much are we doing?” the PCI asks: “Are we doing the right things in the right direction?”
What the PCI Measures
- Strategic Alignment – Are actions meaningfully connected to purpose?
- Intent Activation – Is the system structured to support what it says it’s trying to achieve?
- Clarity Over Time – Is direction becoming more focused, or starting to drift?
- Trajectory With Change – What clarity and outcomes are possible if the BGA recommendations are implemented?
- Trajectory Without Change – What misalignment or degradation is likely if nothing shifts?
The PCI creates a shared view of how clearly a business is moving—and how much of its energy is translating into meaningful progress.
What PCI Is Not
- It’s not a productivity score or task tracker.
- It’s not based on volume of activity.
- It’s not a measure of performance efficiency.
PCI is not about how much is happening—it’s about how aligned that activity is with what matters most.
Why It Matters
Most businesses don’t stall from lack of effort—they stall from misalignment. Goals shift, processes calcify, or priorities compete with each other. The Prism Clarity Index surfaces that misalignment early and offers a feedback loop that reconnects intention to action.
It gives leaders, teams, and stakeholders a shared way to ask:
“Are we actually doing what we say we’re here to do?”
And more importantly—it helps them act on the answer.
