Read the signals. Build the systems.
Trust
Security, privacy, reliability and accessibility are part of how we build and run the systems behind ShanVic.
Security and reliability
Most public pages can be served from edge cache, while the smaller set of dynamic paths is kept separate. We use layered edge and application protections, restricted administrative access, monitoring and recovery backups so one failed control doesn’t have to become a wider incident.
Privacy and data handling
We collect the information needed to answer inquiries, deliver Clarity work, run client engagements and process invoice payments. We don’t use advertising trackers. Necessary site storage supports things such as secure sessions and language choices.
See our Privacy Policy and Cookies & Site Storage.
AI and client information
AI can assist research, analysis, drafting and production. Client information is used for the work it was provided for, with human review around consequential outputs. We don’t intentionally publish confidential client material or repurpose it as training data.
Accessibility
We design toward WCAG 2.2 AA and test across keyboard, screen sizes and assistive-technology use. If something gets in your way, tell us so we can address it.
See our Accessibility Statement.
Resilience and recovery
We design for recovery rather than assuming every control will work as intended. Backups, monitoring, separation between cached public delivery and live application paths, and controlled deployment practices are part of that approach.
